Like many people, I've struggled with weight and general fitness levels for many years. I wasn't living a healthy life and I was suffering for it.
To be honest, I didn't know where to start.
In my journey, I decided to study Personal Training (PT) and have become a part of the New Zealand Defense Force (NZDF).
It took a lot of learning, but I'm very happy where I've ended up.
I've integrated good training and healthy nutritional habits into my life in a way that's convenient and helps me maintain my health & fitness long-term.
